Meet The Team

Sam is the owner and facilitator of The Stable Equestrian. Sam has been working with horses for over 13 years and she has a strong Mental Health Counselling and Youth Services background. 

Western Ghost, AKA "Ghost" is an 8 year old Off-Track-Thoroughbred. After 11 starts on the track, 1 second place and $25,000 in earnings, Ghost was ready to start his new career. He now enjoys competing in eventing and jumpers with Sam. Ghost is well loved by all in our programs. 

It won't take long for Tika to steal your heart! A 4 year old Quarter horse, Tika loves to be brushed, snuggled and she loves playing with her people! 

Jersey is the mom of the group; she knows how to make even the most nervous kids feel comforted! She is the mom of Tika, and like her daughter, Jersey loves everything about our programming!

Rosco is the goof ball! He seems to know just what will make you smile. 

Gypsy is "the fire cracker." She tends to draw in older kids who enjoy a bit more of a challenge! She loves snuggles and is full of personality!
